🕒 Returns — 15-Day Window

  • You may return items within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • In original packaging with all components

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defect

💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
